Join me for a transformative journey that blends mindful movement with nourishing wisdom. Each week, we’ll explore a new theme to support your body, mind, and spirit through the winter season.
✨ What to Expect Each Week:
• 🧠 30 min Nutrition Education: Yogic and holistic nutrition themes
• 💪 30 min Power Yoga: Movement that complements the nutrition focus
🧘 Week 1: Yogic Nutrition Foundations & Mindful Eating
• Nutrition: Intro to yogic food philosophy (Sattvic, Rajasic, Tamasic) and mindful eating practices
• Yoga: Grounding flow to connect with breath and set intentions for nourishment
🌱 Week 2: Seasonal Eating & Whole Foods
• Nutrition: Ayurvedic seasonal eating and digestion-friendly swaps
• Yoga: Energizing flow to support seasonal transitions
🧠 Week 3: Food, Mood & Emotional Balance
• Nutrition: Gut-brain connection, emotional eating, and nutrients for mental clarity
• Yoga: Heart-centered flow for emotional release and calm
🌞 Week 4: Integration, Food Freedom & Celebration
• Nutrition: Embrace intuitive eating and create your personal wellness blueprint
• Yoga: Empowering full-body flow to celebrate your journey

🗓️ When: Every Monday in January (Starting January 5th)

💰 Investment: $50 for the full 4-week series (Prepaid, No refund will be issued unless the host cancels the event.)
