2. Spring Awakening Yoga Flow with Gina from Sunshine Yoga
Yoga (for all), breathwork, kriya for healing and detoxification. Sound medicine for Renewal

3. Light lunch, nourishing plant-based food
Nutritionist prepared lunch using delicious, seasonal ingredients,  enjoy a nourishing plant-based meal to eat together with a beautiful view of the River Dart

4. Traditional Kimchi-Making Workshop 
A grounding, hands-on activity connecting you to fermentation, gut health, and the practice of Kimjang. Which is the collective making and sharing of kimchi, an annual tradition that brings together communities.
