Vipassana is a well-known method for practicing awareness, watchfulness, mindfulness, witnessing.
Vipassana is known as an insight meditation. An insight is an understanding that can happen, not through thinking, but through giving the thinking process a rest – i.e. meditation.
Vipassana is one of the essential meditation technique developed by the Gautama Buddha.
Osho revitalizes Vipassana, bringing a friendly relaxed approach so that meditation deepens easily and becomes “a juicy experience” that continues into daily life.
OSHO Vipassana Meditation lasts one hour and has 2 stages: Silent sitting 45 min, Vipassana walk 15 min.
Kiran (Romania) & Jivan (Portugal) live meditation as a way of getting more grounded, clear, present, aware, embracing the infinite mystery of life unfolding moment by moment. They have been exploring different meditation paths separately for many years and since 14 years they are deepening together their meditation practice, both being passionate about bringing the quality of meditation in everyday life. They first explored OSHO Vipassana Meditation 10 years ago in the OSHO Meditation Resort in Pune, India. Kiran was practicing za-zen for some years, yet they both love the simple essential meditation – Vipassana.
Currently they live and teach in Bucharest, regularly in Berlin and also travel around, sharing their way of being and living with the support of Meditation, Tantra, Shamanic rituals & journeys and other methods balancing body-mind-emotions.
