An immersive journey through SCENT and FLAVOUR, this exclusive dinner celebrates the harmony between the ART of FRAGRANCE and the ART of FINE CUISINE.
Each dish on the menu, signed Michael Passarelli, is inspired by a perfume in the Essence de Roumanie collection, signed Cristina Bălan - an aromatic story that unfolds through texture, taste and emotion.
The special guest of the event, Mrs. Cristina BĂLAN, the first Romanian perfumer certified by the Grasse Institute of Perfumery, will take guests on an incredible journey through the olfactory universe.
Known for creating "journeys with bubbles," DJ MOSS FARAI will design a matching sensory soundtrack to the evening – an elegant fusion of ambient beats, deep house and refined lounge rhythms that subtly echo the notes of each fragrance and the emotion of every course.
Last but definitely not least, our exceptional flair bartenders will transform mixology into a dynamic live act. With precision, charisma and perfectly choreographed movements, they will command the space, turning every cocktail into a moment of artistry, fire and applause.

O călătorie imersivă prin parfum și savoare, această cină exclusivistă pune în lumina reflectoarelor un duet inedit intre arta parfumeriei și arta înaltei gastronomii.
Fiecare preparat din meniu, semnat de Michael Passarelli, este inspirat de un parfum din colecția Essence de Roumanie, creată de Cristina Bălan – o poveste aromatică ce se dezvăluie prin texturi, gusturi și emoții.
Invitatul special al evenimentului, doamna Cristina BĂLAN, primul parfumier român certificat de Grasse Institute of Perfumery, va purta oaspeții într-o fascinantă incursiune în universul olfactiv.
DJ MOSS FARAI va asigura soundtrack-ul senzorial al serii – o fuziune elegantă de deep house și ritmuri lounge care vor acompania subtil notele fiecărui parfum și emoția fiecărui preparat.
