INTEGRITY, unul din cele mai definitorii nume ale scenei hardcore ajunge pentru prima data la Bucuresti, pe 21 decembrie la Expirat.

Integrity este o trupa hardcore punk formata in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1988, dar relocata in Belgia din 2003. Pionier al genului metalcore, fuziunea trupei cu influente din muzica hardcore punk si heavy metal, precum si din rockul gotic, industrial, noise, cult apocalipse si ezoterism occidental, a avut o influenta semnificativa asupra dezvoltarii ulterioare a hardcore-ului si metalului. 

Integrity este o parte definitorie a scenei hardcore din anii 1990, influentand trupe la fel de importante precum Converge, Hatebreed sau Killswitch Engage.

Muzica Integrity combina elemente din genuri disparate, inclusiv hardcore punk, industrial, techno, noise sau rock gotic, blues, jazz, thrash metal, doom metal, rock clasic, muzica pop a anilor 1950 si Americana. Decibel i-a numit „hardcore apocaliptic”, in timp ce Vice i-a numit „hardcore gotic, nihilist si palpitant”. 

Integrity a fost un pionier al genului metalcore. Those Who Fear Tomorrow (1991) a imbinat hardcore-ul cu versuri apocaliptice, solo-uri si riff-uri puternice specifice metalului, creand unul dintre albumele primordiale ale genului. Termenul „holy terror” se refera la stilul specific de metalcore pe care Integrity l-a creat. Revolver a scris despre Integrity cum ca „a influentat practic fiecare breakdown inregistrat de atunci”. Loudwire a declarat ca Integrity „a trasat cursul pentru metalcore-ul viitor”, citându-l pe Dwid Hellion ca fiind unul dintre cei mai emblematici vocalisti ai genului.
