Aceste clase sunt ocazii de a exersa din nou sau de a face cunoștință cu practica mișcării 5Rhythms®: FLOWING STACCATO CHAOS LYRICAL STILLNESS®.

5Ritmuri® este o practică a mişcării dezvoltată de către Gabrielle Roth. Cinci ritmuri diferite sunt tot atâtea porţi către fiinţa noastră profundă: fluid, staccato, haos, liric şi liniştit. 5Ritmuri este un instrument puternic pentru schimbare şi pentru sănătatea fizică şi emoţională.

Aceasta clasă se adresează adulților peste 18 ani. Nu există cerințe de participare anterioară sau conditie fizică; oricine are dorința de a se mișca este binevenit.

Se dansează în tăcere fiind o meditație prin mișcare; în picioarele goale, purtând șosete anti-alunecare sau încălțări ușoare pentru interior.

Clasa are trei părți: încălzirea pe muzică specifică celor 5Ritmuri, demonstrația celor 5Ritmuri și “valul” propriu zis (cele 5Ritmuri in succesiune, pe melodii mixate de către Dana Costea).

Nu se fac exerciții, nu se „predau” cele 5Ritmuri, ci se practică cele 5Ritmuri intuitiv, pe baza conectării cu propriul corp și cu muzica specifică. Melodiile “valului” propriu-zis variază de la o clasă la alta.

Clasa va cumula 2 ore pentru cei care sunt pe cale să se certifice ca și profesori 5Rhythms®.

5Rhythms® Sweat with Dana Costea

This event is an occasion to practice again or to make a first contact with the 5Rhythms® movement practice: FLOWING STACCATO CHAOS LYRICAL STILLNESS®.

5Rhythms® is a movement practice developed by Gabrielle Roth. Five different rhythms are gateways to our inner being. Flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness. 5Rhythms is a powerful tool for change and good physical and emotional health.
There are no prerequisites or specific physical condition required; everybody who has the desire to move is welcome.

The class will count as 2 hours of waves level dance experience towards the 5Rhythms teacher training.

With whom?
Dana Costea, as a 5Rhythms Sweat SpaceHolder® (currently the only certified 5Rhythms Spaceholder in Romania).
Dana is mentored by Ron Hagendoorn (accredited 5Rhythms teacher).
