Have you been thinking about volunteering at TEC? Or maybe it’s been a while since you last helped out at the barn? Either way, this Volunteer Training Session is for you!

Whether you’re brand new, returning after a break, or simply looking for a refresher, this session will help you get (re)connected and ready to make an impact.

During training, you’ll learn about:
   ? TEC’s mission and our heartbeat—our Horse Heroes & Volunteers
   ? Volunteer opportunities from riding sessions and Camp TEC to Mane Event, fundraising, and more
   ?️ Policies and safety procedures at the Jane M. Hiler Facility

As a TEC volunteer, you can:
   ❤️ Make a meaningful difference in someone’s life
   ? Spend time with our incredible horses
   ? Stay active while learning new skills
   ? Meet amazing people from all walks of life

Our volunteers support TEC in many ways, including:
   ? Helping hands during lessons
   ? Barn chores
   ? Community outreach
   ? Special events
   ? School & youth programs
   ? Board and committee involvement and so much more!

Please note: Some volunteer roles (such as riding lessons, Camp TEC, and Mane Event) require:
   ?‍♀️ Moderate physical activity (walking/jogging for up to 45 minutes)
   ?️ Comfort working in various weather conditions
   ⚡ Ability to follow fast-paced instructions
   ? Assisting riders weighing up to 200 lbs

You can volunteer as much or as little as your schedule allows, even as a substitute. No experience needed, just a willingness to help. We’ll provide hands-on training and answer all your questions.
