Having shared the stage with such luminaries as Bob Weir, Billy Strings, Jack Johnson, Bruce Hornsby and many more, phoffman will perform original songs he wrote for Greensky Bluegrass and much more.

Opening the show will be local bluegrass foot stompers, The Redbud Ramblers (opening act at 7pm, Main show at 8pm). This show is amazingly FREE to the public compliments of the Summer Concert Series sponsors.

Paul Hoffman (phoffman) is a singer, songwriter and the mandolin player of the critically-acclaimed and internationally touring Americana/Rock band Greensky Bluegrass. Raised in Muskegon, MI, he immersed himself in community theatre, numerous school choirs and productions, and classic rock-fueled boat shed jams. A collegiate endeavor in English Literature lead to Kalamazoo, MI which catalyzed the formation and became the home base for Greensky. From humble beginnings, the band quickly became a festival favorite, having performed at such iconic events as Bonnaroo, Austin City Limits Festival, Stagecoach, Telluride Bluegrass Festival and countless others in addition to headlining sold out performances at revered venues such as Red Rocks Amphitheater, Ryman Auditorium, and The Chicago Theatre. “Greensky are hardly strictly bluegrass and, yet, representing the genre for a whole new generation,” claimed Rolling Stone in 2010. Recorded works have landed on several Billboard charts including #1 placement on the Bluegrass charts.
