Have you ever thought about running a 5K but didn’t know where to start? Maybe you want to get back into running, become a stronger walker, meet some new people, or simply make moving more a part of your week.

The Saline County Striders are excited to bring you our FREE 6-Week Run/Walk Clinic, starting October 12!

You do NOT have to be a runner. You do NOT have to be fast. And you definitely don’t have to “get in shape” before you show up.

We have groups for walkers, brand-new runners, returning runners, intermediate runners, and experienced runners — all led by people who want to help you succeed.

📅 October 12 – November 19
⏰ Mondays & Thursdays at 6 PM
📍 Bryant Junior High Track – Weeks 1–3
📍 Benton River Center – Weeks 4–6
🎉 Graduation: Striders Turkey Trot 5K – November 21 (Register for Turkey Trot here: https://runsignup.com/SalineCountyStridersTurkeyTrot5K
