The City of Bryant invites residents to a community Town Hall to learn more about the Water & Wastewater Rate Study and Impact Fees.
What is a rate study?
It’s a detailed review of water and wastewater systems to make sure rates are fair, sustainable, and comply with Act 605, a state law requiring cities to regularly evaluate utility rates.
What are impact fees?
These are one-time fees collected from new developments to help cover the cost of growth-related infrastructure.
