Vibrational Sound Healing with Diana Spiess

Join us for a beautiful 75-minute sound bath, led by Diana Spiess M.S., Board-Certified Sound Therapist, Master Teacher, E-RYT500 and Reiki Master Teacher. Diana will use her various sound healing instruments and guide participants in intention setting as we welcome in 2026.

Some of the many benefits include relaxation, energy balancing, stress reduction, cellular healing, improved focus & sleep, and release of inflammation.

Participants should bring their own blanket and pillow to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation during this powerful healing session.
