Experience Nia: A Joyful, Mindful Movement Practice
Discover Nia a dynamic, body-friendly cardio dance class that blends movement, mindfulness, and music to create a workout unlike any other. Rooted in a technique of 52 unique moves, Nia draws from martial arts, dance, and healing arts, offering a holistic approach to fitness that nurtures body, mind, and spirit.
Accessible, educational, and deeply experiential, Nia is easy to learn and designed for every body. Classes flow through seven energizing cycles, guided by rich, soul-stirring music that
inspires joyful, expressive movement and multi-dimensional conditioning.
This introductory class offers insight into Nia’s empowering methodology and philosophy, an invitation to move with purpose, presence, and pleasure.

With over 40 years of experience as a movement educator, Holly Nastasi is passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies through dance. A skilled kinesiologist and somatic educator, Holly’s Nia classes are transformative, playful, and welcoming — a space where every body belongs.
