Besides his solo work for modular synthesizers and electronics, he is also half of the experimental pop duo Hi Hawaii and bassist in a number of internationally renowned ensembles such as Ben Sluijs Quartet, Kaja Draksler Octet, Alex Koo Trio and Les Chroniques de l'Inutile. In his solo work he treats the modular as a live performance instrument, by creating intricate eco-systems to interact and improvise with. The instrument becomes a collaborator, as well as an extension of the performer. He allows the sound itself to dictate the music, not limited by the boundaries of musical genres.
