- **Event Description**: In January, Elle comes back for 2 days of workshop in our trusted Urban Tantra venue in Brussels. The SOLO TANTRA day offers you the opportunity to go deeper into (classical) Tantra meditations, based on breathing, energetic visualization, and typically Tantric forms of meditation (including movement, embodiment, and work with the expansion and contraction of the energetic body).

The ENERGETIC EMPATHY day is all about sharing the practice with the partners at hand: exchanging your energy bodies, connecting in sacred union, swapping positions, etcetera…

Both days are open to all levels of experience, so, even if you do not fully understand what we are going to do in these days, you can trust that the practice is done in a generous, open and safe environment, in which you can adapt the practice to your level and your comfort zone.

But, for sure, be prepared to breath, move, and dance with that beautiful vital energy that is always already yours….

PRACTICAL:

Make sure you wear comfortable, light, loose clothes, you can easily move in. Bring an extra blanket for comfort.
