Escaping from BRNS (R.I.P.), multi-instrumentalist Antoine Meersseman is the driving force behind Paradoxant—both in body and mind.
Born from a deep personal reckoning, his music naturally leans towards experimentation, radicality, and above all, greater creative freedom.
After a well-received debut album (Earworm, released in 2021 on Humpty Dumpty Records), Paradoxant returns with Deux, a brand-new album written entirely in French. It’s a collection of playful yet shape-shifting songs, seamlessly blending pop and experimental influences with no hold back—jungle beats and vocoder, post-punk riffs and EBM textures, gothic and aquatic atmospheres.
A stylistic bonfire, echoing the likes of Genesis P. Orridge, Tuxedomoon, and Mira Calix.
