Figure culte de la scène japonaise, POiSON GiRL FRiEND est le projet de nOrikO, artiste aux multiples facettes mêlant pop électronique, ambient et new wave. Après une carrière débutée dans les années 90 et redécouverte récemment par un public international, elle enchaîne sorties et tournées, dont une première tournée américaine en 2024 et un passage prochain au Botanique. Son univers hypnotique continue de captiver, entre DJ sets avant-gardistes et performances envoûtantes.

POiSON GiRL FRiEND, een cultfiguur in de Japanse muziekscene, is het project van nOrikO, een veelzijdige artieste die elektronische pop, ambient en new wave mengt. Na een carrière die begon in de nineties en onlangs is herontdekt door een internationaal publiek, heeft ze een reeks albums uitgebracht en getourd.

Tijdens haar show in de Botanique komt ze haar hypnotiserende universum aan ons voorstellen dankzij een betoverend optreden, een perfecte aanvulling op haar avant-gardistische dj-sets.
