Hot Mulligan est un groupe originaire du Michigan qui s’impose comme l’un des fers de lance de la scène emo-pop punk moderne. Entre intensité émotionnelle et refrains cathartiques, le quatuor mêle mélodies accrocheuses, guitares nerveuses et une sincérité à fleur de peau. Avec The Sound a Body Makes When It’s Still (Wax Bodega, 2025), ils affinent un son à la fois brut et mélodique, confirmant leur place au cœur du renouveau emo américain.

Hot Mulligan is een band uit Michigan die zich heeft opgeworpen als een van de speerpunten van de moderne emo-pop-punk scene. Tussen emotionele intensiteit en cathartische refreinen combineert het kwartet pakkende melodieën, nerveuze gitaren en een oprechte gevoeligheid.


Met ‘The Sound a Body Makes When It’s Still’ dat eerder dit jaar verscheen, verfijnen ze een rauw en melodieus geluid, waarmee ze hun plaats in het hart van de Amerikaanse emo-renaissance bevestigen.
