Francis of Delirium, alias Jana Bahrich, signe son retour le 25 septembre 2025 avec Little Black Dress, premier inédit depuis Lighthouse (2024). Sorti via Dalliance Recordings à l’occasion de la dernière date de sa tournée européenne aux côtés de Blondshell, le morceau marque une nouvelle étape.

Porté par une énergie power pop à la fois cathartique et accrocheuse, le titre mêle guitares en crescendo, rythmiques tendues et mélodies vocales immédiates, traversées d’une mélancolie générationnelle. Une chanson qui capture l’intensité du live, entre attente, espoir et désillusion.

Francis of Delirium, het alter ego avn de opkomende Luxemburgse indieartieste Jana Bahrich, keerde in september van vorig jaar terug met ‘Little Black Dress’, haar eerste nieuwe nummer sinds het veelgeprezen debuutalbum ‘Lightouse’ uit 2024, dat via Dalliance Recordings werd uitgebracht ter gelegenheid van de laatste show van haar EU-tournee met Blondshell. Het is een opzwepend, pakkend en catharsisch powerpopnummer, waarin crescendo-gitaren en drums worden gecombineerd met suikerzoete zangmelodieën, met een uitgesproken Gen-Z-melancholie. Het nummer legt de rauwe energie van een liveoptreden vast – verwachting, hoop, chaos en ultieme teleurstelling.

Sinds ‘Lighthouse’ – geprezen door The Guardian, NME en Uncut – heeft Francis of Delirium uitgebreid getoerd door Europa, de UK en Noord-Amerika, een opvallende KEXP-sessie gegeven, op grote festivals zoals Primavera Sound gespeeld en artiesten als bôa, Alanis Morissette en Blondshell ondersteund.
