Anyone who is interested in Butoh, who
is interested in Japan, who just wants to
move, dancers, not dancers, actors, not
actors, leisure people, can participate.
Atelier Composition:
We will begin with stretching followed by
physical training. These are movements
that anyone can do, not just dancers or
physical exercisers.
Then, we will practice the movements
that are the basis of Butoh. It has many

Butoh exercises I’ll propose.

"Unravel the world" This is the tittle of this atelier. I love complexity and difference.I believe that is the root of my Butoh. But to be free, we sometimes need to unwind both our minds and bodies. So I'd like to try that with all of you.

Japon, qui veulent simplement bouger.
Danseurs ou non, acteurs, non-acteurs,
personnes oisives, peuvent participer.
Composition de ces ateliers :
Nous commencerons par des exercices de
stretching suivis d’un entraînement physique.
Il s’agit de mouvements accessibles
à tous, il n’est pas nécessaire d’être danseur
professionnel ou d’avoir une pratique
physique. Ensuite, nous pratiquerons les
mouvements qui sont à la base du Butoh.
Le Butoh a des approches originales,
comme « sauter dans le but de tomber »
ou « fondre vos propres contours dans l’air ».
Nous pratiquerons différents exercices de
Butoh que je vous proposerai.
« Défaire le monde » Tel est le titre de cet atelier. J'aime la complexité et la différence. Je crois que c'est là la racine de mon Butoh. Mais pour être libéré, il faut parfois défaire à la fois notre esprit et notre corps. C'est ce que j'aimerais essayer avec vous toutes et tous.
