Porté par une esthétique dream-pop minimale teintée d’ambient et de slowcore, Acopia est un trio formé à Melbourne en 2018 par Kate Durman, Lachlan McGeehan et Morgan Wright. 

Après un premier album, Chances (2022), paru sur le label local Companion puis un second opus éponyme (2023), le groupe s’est imposé sur la scène internationale, remplissant des concerts au Royaume-Uni, en Europe et en Australie. Ils ont notamment joué au festival Wide Awake, aux Nuits Botanique et à Golden Plains, et partagé la scène avec Bar Italia, Tirzah ou Raisa K. 
Leur troisième album, Blush Response, paraîtra en septembre 2025 sur le label londonien Scenic Route.

Acopia is een trio dat in 2018 in Melbourne werd opgericht. Hun muziek wordt gekenmerkt door een minimalistische dreampopesthetiek met invloeden van ambient en slowcore. Na een eerste album, ‘Chances’ (2022), uitgebracht op het lokale label Companion, en een tweede, gelijknamig album (2023) heeft de groep zich op de internationale scene gevestigd en concerten gegeven in de UK, Europa en Australië.

Ze speelden onder meer op het Wide Awake Festival, Les Nuits Botanique en Golden Plains, en deelden het podium met bar italia, Tirzah en Raisa K. Hun derde album, ‘Blush Response’ verscheen in september op het Londense label Scenic Route.
