This workshop is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with the rhythms of the earth, the moon, and ourselves, cultivating a space to recharge and feel renewed beneath the energy of the moon. Together, we'll explore the moon as a nature guide and learn how to attune its lunar energies to our own inner cycles.

 Certified Shinrin-Yoku Forest Bathing Guide and artist Kelsey Grace leads this restorative workshop, weaving nature connection, grounding meditation, and collaborative mandala creation into an unhurried night of renewal.

Forest bathing is the simple practice of stepping outside and letting the earth do what it has always done. Rooted in Japanese tradition and backed by hundreds of studies, spending time immersed in nature relieves stress, restores the nervous system, boosts immunity, and lifts the spirit. This accessible, healing energy is available to every one of us the moment we step outside ready to receive it.

Weather permitting we will meet at the Labyrinth in the Woods (part of Brunswick Topsham Land Trust), if not we will gather in the studio and bring some elements of nature inside. Participants will get an email a few days before with the exact location to take advantage of the beautiful summer weather! 

No yoga or meditation experience needed. This gathering is beginner friendly and open to all women.
