# Event Details - **Event Name**: The Never Ending Stamp Equation - **Event Start and End Date**: Sat, 15 Nov, 2025 at 01:00 pm – Sat, 15 Nov, 2025 at 04:00 pm - **Event Description**: What will you add or subtract as you stamp?About this EventThe Never Ending Stamp EquationThe Never Ending Stamp Equation is an ongoing collaborative relief printmaking project where participants create abstract equations using stamps of various iconography, phrases, numbers and more to fill in the empty space in a template created by program supervisor, James Sylvester. Participants will learn basic relief printing making skills in order to print their equations and then will create their own personal equation, as well as work with others to create a collaborative long equation, where they will take turns building off of each other's ideas. We will then discuss and interpret each other's equations.James Sylvester:James Sylvester is a Maine-based printmaker whose passion for drawing, carving, and collaboration fuels his multi-disciplinary art practice. He graduated from Maine College of Art & Design with a BFA with honors in printmaking in 2018 and is a member of Peregrine Press, Maine’s oldest nonprofit printmaking cooperative, where he produces his own fine art relief print editions, explores creative monoprinting techniques, and currently serves as President. His practice often bleeds into his surrounding creative community, whether that is through participating in the Portland, Maine’s yearly steamroller printing event and print crawl, organizing the artisan market series Art in the Garden at Bissell Brothers, or running collaborative printmaking workshops across southern Maine at such locations as the Portland Museum of Art, Hinge Collaborative, and Congress Square Park. His work has been shown at Cove Streets Arts, George Marshall Store Gallery, The ICA at MECA&D, Ocean House Gallery, CURRENTS New Media Festival, 82 Parris and more.Photograph of James Sylvester at Peregrine Press by Amanda Bizarro - **Event URL**: https://allevents.in/brunswick/the-never-ending-stamp-equation/100001342772441519 - **Event Categories**: art, fine-arts, festivals, workshops - **Interested Audience**: - total_interested_count: 0 ## Ticket Details - **Ticket Price Range**: min: 49.87, max: 49.87, currency: USD ## Event venue details - **city**: Brunswick - **state**: ME - **country**: United States - **location**: Pinecone Studio - **lat**: 43.90337299999999 - **long**: -69.8933909 - **full address**: Pinecone Studio, 3 Cranberry Drive, Brunswick, United States ## Event gallery - **Alt text**: The Never Ending Stamp Equation - **Image URL**: https://img.evbuc.com/https%3A%2F%2Fcdn.evbuc.com%2Fimages%2F1018326103%2F2189657786103%2F1%2Foriginal.20250428-164254?auto=format%2Ccompress&q=75&sharp=10&s=5b41459ae087b8a666c8ddace26f40bc ## FAQs - **Q**: When and where is The Never Ending Stamp Equation being held? - **A:** The Never Ending Stamp Equation takes place on Sat, 15 Nov, 2025 at 01:00 pm to Sat, 15 Nov, 2025 at 04:00 pm at Pinecone Studio, 3 Cranberry Drive, Brunswick, United States. - **Q**: Who is organizing The Never Ending Stamp Equation? - **A:** The Never Ending Stamp Equation is organized by Pinecone Studio. - **Q**: Who is this event for?
