WHY SOUND? A sound bath is like a massage with sound. The sound vibrations flow through your body to create coherence and help you to feel peaceful, relaxed and reconnected with your inner self. These vibrations also clear away unhelpful energy from the biofield around your body. Sound is scientifically studied to support nervous system regulation, reduce anxiety and stress, and support healing processes in the body. WHAT IS A SOUND BATH LIKE? Everyone will lie down in a comfortable reclining chair. As the sound bath begins, Helena will lead the group into a relaxed state with a short meditation. Then she will play crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, Koshi chimes and other instruments to create a space for deep rest. Helena is well-known for her loving presence and her beautiful singing voice, and both will be important during this experience. Helena is also a Reiki Master, and she will create a loving and safe container so that everyone can fully release into relaxation and renewal. WHAT TO BRING Water is suggested. Reclining chairs and cozy blankets will be provided, so there's nothing else to bring but yourself! COST $50 Space limited to 8 participants in comfortable recliners with blankets available. ABOUT HELENA Helena Nash creates soundscapes, songs, workshops and trainings to promote healing and spiritual connection. As an intuitive singer and musician with a BA in Music, her soulful, angelic voice is used to complement a variety of instruments including crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, guitar, piano, harmonium, gong, tuning forks and more. Bridging science and spirit she loves to bring together luminous sound, scientific discovery and intuitive inspiration. Helena has toured the US and Canada with music, is a Reiki Master, and is trained in Sound Healing, Yoga Nidra and ThetaHealing®. She can be seen at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and other venues with her band Shanti Kirtan. ABOUT THE ENERGY ENHANCEMENT SYSTEM: The Sound Bath is held in EESystem room at The Healing Spa.
