Join us for Shakti Fest! 3, a unique mini-festival blending yoga, conscious movement, connection, music, creative expression, and playfulness. Happening in the heart of Brunswick at Summer Healing Yoga from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. this event is a chance to immerse yourself in a vibrant, uplifting experience.
Facilitated by Cadia, Mickey, and featured guest DJ Nectar, the evening features:
• Rhythm Flow Yoga with Cadia – A grounding rhythm earth connection and movement practice that weaves together earth connection, yoga, and the freedom of dance, set to live DJing by Mickey Space.
• Cacao Celebration – A heart-opening ritual to elevate your energy and intention.
• Ecstatic Dance with DJ Nectar – Move freely, express yourself fully, and lose yourself in the rhythm.
• Pranayama - yogic breathwork to both open and expand the shakti energy and to wind us down into our bliss – with Mickey Space
• Dinner Provided – Nourishment to complete the experience.
