Compete in Georgia’s LARGEST landmass Bull Redfish Surf Fishing Tournament with over 10 miles of beach, TWO ISLANDS to choose from and over $20,000 in cash prizes in both the ADULT and YOUTH Division (based on 375 anglers).

Top 5 places paid in the Adult and Youth divisions AND the largest CASH prize CALCUTTA in surf fishing which paid $5000 for the redfish with the most spots in 2025!

TIMES:  

Saturday October 11, 2025 (7:30 am to 7:00 pm)
Sunday:  October 12, 2025 (7:30 am to 3:30pm)

ENTRY FEE:

Adult Angler:  $85

Youth Angler (14 y/o and under):  $40

Calcutta: $25, youth and adult eligible.

Calcutta is determined by the Redfish with the most spots.  70% payout with 30% being applied as a donation to The Kids Can Fish Foundation.  Last year's Calcutta won $5000

Entry fee refunds are available until September 10, 2026 and are subject to a 25% service charge.  All entries after September 11th are final and non-refundable. 

PLATFORM:  This is a self-certify Catch, Photo, Video, Measure and release event.  Anglers must purchase and record catches via the Rapala RMFR 60” Magnum Folding Ruler.  No other measuring device will be accepted.

SUBMITTING A CATCH:  All catches must be submitted onto the Running of the Bulls Tournament Facebook Group.  Submission on any other platform will not be accepted.

DETAILED TOURNAMENT RULES AND SPECIFICS WILL BE EMAILED TO ALL PARTICIPANTS AND POSTED ON THE TOURNAMENT FACEBOOK GROUP. 

PRIZES & GIVEAWAYS:
 
ADULT: Top 5 cash awards based on 375 anglers.  Minimum payouts will be posted the week of the tournament.

YOUTH:  Top 5 Youth Anglers win Cash and prizes with the Top 3 youth winners receive a custom Team Rainshadow surf fishing rod built by Bandit Custom Rods.

Baby Bull (aka King or Queen of the Smalls): The redfish caught will receive a Baby Bull Trophy by Alabama Burning as well as a fishing related prize.

FREE EVENT GIVEAWAYS: 
 
1. Every angler registered will be entered in a drawing to win a custom surf cart manufactured by Surf Fishing Solutions.  The drawing will take place at the tournament welcome party on October 9th.
 
2. The first 150 registered anglers will receive an additional entry to win the custom surf cart.
 
3. Free daily tournament giveaways (rods, reels, fishing trips, and more).
