Together, we’ll explore balance, strength, and breath - while embracing the joy of the journey. This workshop is appropriate for ages 9-13 and encourages family fitness in a supportive environment where curiosity is welcomed and the unexpected is part of the adventure.

No prior experience necessary. Pre-registration is required.

Cost: $20 per parent/tween pair 
Simply register yourself and bring your tween with you!
Half of the proceeds will be donated to the Brunswick Food Bank in Brunswick, MD.

Ashley Phillips, RYT-200, began her yoga journey in 2009 during a meaningful period of personal growth, seeking greater balance and connection in her life. As her practice deepened at her local studio, so did her desire to expand her understanding. In May 2011, she completed her 200-Hour Prana Flow Teacher Training, stepping fully into her path as a teacher.

She now teaches vinyasa and restorative classes, as well as parent-child workshops. Ashley teaches from the heart, valuing authenticity, compassion, and meaningful connection. What she cherishes most about teaching is creating a supportive space where students feel safe to explore, express themselves freely, and simply be.
