Menopause and Perimenopause

Perimenopause and menopause are natural phases that every woman goes through. The menopausal transition typically occurs between the ages of 45 and 55, with menopause usually happening around 51 or 52 years old.

During the session, you will:

• Enhance your understanding of this life stage
• Learn about the links of diet and menopause
• Increase awareness of available community support and services
• Help break the stigma and silence surrounding this topic.
