- **Event Description**: Big feelings can be hard for kids to hold. Anger, frustration, sadness and overwhelm often build up in their bodies with nowhere safe to go.
This special session brings together emotional wellbeing and movement in a powerful and safe way.
Working alongside a kickboxing instructor who has experience supporting kids who have been bullied or are considered at risk, children will learn about anger as a normal emotion and healthy ways to release it.
Through guided kickboxing drills and bag work, kids will: 🥊 Punch and kick out big emotions in a safe environment
🧠 Learn about anger and emotional regulation
💪 Build confidence and resilience
🌿 Release stress and boost endorphins through movement
❤️ Feel supported, understood and empowered
Important: This session is NOT about teaching kids to fight.
It’s about helping them understand their emotions and giving their bodies a healthy outlet to release them.
All kids are welcome – neurodivergent, neurotypical, shy, bold, struggling or thriving. Every child deserves safe tools to work through big feelings.
Because sometimes the best way to move through the “yucky stuff”… is to punch it out and reset.

Tickets $35 for an hour class run by both Gary and Myself for kickboxing skills and emotional regulation
