GROUNDED - CERES Therapeutic Horticulture Program

Slow down, reconnect, and support your wellbeing through nature.
CERES GROUNDED program is a one day a week, 10-week Therapeutic Horticulture program led by an experienced facilitator and offers participants a supportive community environment to nurture their mental health and wellbeing.

Enjoy guided walks, hands-on gardening activities including propagation, planting and harvesting, mindful moments in nature, and creative nature-based art activities.
No prior gardening experience is needed — just a willingness to spend time outdoors and connect.
