Poses will range from shorter 2 minute poses to warm up to longer 20 minute poses where we'll have the opportunity to get into a flow state. There will be several breaks to get drinks and refresh materials. No drawing experience is required, and all skill levels are welcome.Please note that these sessions often sell out, and if you have a preference for seating to arrive before 7 to get settled with materials and grab a spot.
