Clear, Create, Cleanse: Smudging + Reflection

In this 2-hour immersive workshop you will learn about the ancient practice of smudging, craft your own personal bundle to take home, and explore how smudging with intention can be used to cleanse, release, and create energetic and spatial clarity for spring renewal and growth. The experience concludes with a deeply restorative practice to help embody your intentions and support mindful creation in the season ahead.
