Catechesis on the Season of Advent

What is the season of Advent? What is its origin? What traditions are associated with the season? How can we make Advent more meaningful? Why is there one rose candle and three violet candles? Why four weeks? Do you have any questions about Advent?
This is a chance to have our questions answered and our faith enriched before we step into the Season of Advent. Join Seminarian Stephen on Wednesday, November 26 at 6pm as he explores some of these questions and helps us to better understand and celebrate well the season of Advent. The venue will be at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. It will start at 6pm with a talk and a time for Q&A, and will conclude with the regular Wednesday Mass at 7pm.
