Candlelight Restorative Yoga with Aromatherapy

Unwind and restore in this restorative yoga class surrounded by candlelight with the aid of Essential Oils to help deepen your relaxation and stay centered on and off the mat. This practice uses props to support the body in restful postures to help restore the central nervous system. This is a nourishing experience that allows the body to fully relax.

Essential Oils used in this class help to aid and enhance the benefits of the practice by working at a cellular level. As seasons change, melt into your props and be present with your breath. Let the scent of essential oils surround & nourish you & let yourself be taken care of in restful, rejuvenating postures.
