What to bring: Bring your own guitar 

Class Description: Bring your guitar and your basic knowledge of playing chords as you learn one 90s song each week. You will receive sheet music and learn expert tips to take home and perfect. Be the star around any campfire this summer with these popular songs everyone will want to sing along to. Drop-in Registration will open the week prior to the start of classes based on availability.

About the teacher: Mark Koons has over 10 years of guitar teaching experience and a passion for helping beginners get started. He studied guitar at Shenandoah Conservatory and music education at Loyola University of Maryland. Mark currently teaches high school guitar and piano in Montgomery County Public schools and has also taught private lessons and led music workshops. His eclectic performance background spans rock bands, jazz bands, pit orchestras, acoustic duos and solo work, all reflecting his love for the guitar's versatility across genres.

Cost: $140, if space allows we will open up to drop-ins (Drop-in Rate = $20/session)
