This is a chance to witness and be seen, while practicing meeting the moment in improv.

We start by workshopping our improv skills with games and activities curated to access our patterned modes of expression, whilst also bringing forth less familiar aspects of self. We work with the voice and body.

Activities are curated to progressively build towards open performance at the end. 

The key is to not perform a prepared thing, but rather to improvise it in the moment. 

All genres are welcome - we laugh, we lament, we cringe, cry, scream etc etc…

You are welcome to pass or sit out of any of the activities without explanation. 

I engage in this work because it liberates us from the unconscious masquerade of normality.
