In this cooking class, we explore the ingredients, techniques, and philosophy that define Persian food culture. Known for its generous use of fresh herbs, delicate interplay of sweet and sour, and aromatic layers that linger long after the meal, Persian cooking invites both precision and poetry in the kitchen.
Rooted in centuries of tradition, this cuisine draws from a rich landscape of native ingredients and seasonal abundance, creating food that is both celebratory and deeply nourishing. The focus is not on memorising recipes, but on understanding flavour, rhythm, and the art of layering tastes so they can be confidently recreated at home.
This is a hands-on, intimate cooking experience held in the Open Table kitchen. Together we cook, taste, and explore, finishing by setting the table in the Persian tradition and sharing a generous meal — a true expression of hospitality, beauty, and connection

We are able to accommodate up to 8-10 people, which makes this a fantastic opportunity for groups of friends or colleagues.
