I’ve crafted this retreat to blend yoga with somatic practices, focusing on practical tools that help you release trapped physical and emotional tension.

 It’s the perfect space if you’re looking to deepen your self-connection, pick up new tools for your journey, and meet some beautiful, like-minded people. ?

We’ll have the perfect balance of guided practice, deep rest, and personal time.
