Come along for a beautiful morning of movement, music, connection, and wellbeing with Together She Thrives (TST).
NIA is a joyful and expressive movement practice that blends dance, mindfulness, and gentle fitness in a fun and supportive environment. No experience is necessary, just come as you are and enjoy moving your body in a way that feels good.

To finish the session, Janet Walker will guide attendees through a calming cool down and guided meditation.

Based on the intelligent design of the body, a classic Nia class is a barefoot, sensory-based, cardio movement class to music.

The practice draws on the chemistry of nine movement forms: Tai Chi, Tae Kwon do, Aikido, Jazz, Modern Dance, Duncan Dance, Yoga the Alexander Technique and the work of Moshe Feldenkrais.  It is designed to allow the body to move in fun and free ways that bring health and vitality to every part.

Some of the many benefits of Nia include cardiovascular health, alleviation of stress and anxiety, hormonal stability and an increase in wellbeing, leaving you feeling energised, alive, mentally clear and emotionally balanced.

This is a wonderful opportunity to nurture your wellbeing, connect with other women, and enjoy movement in a welcoming and inclusive space.
