What is Neurographic Art? Neurographic Art is a gentle, mindfulness-based drawing practice that combines free-flowing lines, rounding corners and colouring to support relaxation, emotional regulation, self-reflection and creative exploration. You’ll begin with spontaneous lines that can represent thoughts, feelings or experiences. Through the calming and repetitive process of softening intersections, rounding corners and adding colour, you’ll gradually transform your drawing into an organic visual form. This mindful creative process encourages you to slow down, focus on the present moment and create a sense of flow, balance and calm. What you may get from the session This creative practice may help to: β€’ Reduce stress and feelings of overwhelm β€’ Explore and express emotions in a non-verbal way β€’ Develop mindfulness and present-moment awareness β€’ Support emotional regulation β€’ Encourage new perspectives and creative problem-solving β€’ Foster calm, balance and self-connection β€’ Explore personal growth and positive change There is no artistic experience required.
