A moment to pause, reflect and shed any uneccessary layers.Join me for an afternoon of curling inwards with a 90 minute Yin practice, exploring the spiral motif and deep winter themes in the warm room of the Learning Centre at Ceres.The day will continue with breathwork that focuses on bringing the nervous system down into a resting state and meditation to help steady the mind, followed by journalling to release any heavy wintery feels.Hot cacao and light snacks will be offered as you wrap yourself in a blanket and sit by the fire, warming from the inwards out. Watch the pages of your journal burn as your burdens turn to cinders and be a part of the urban farmland surrounding the fire pit as the sun goes down.A take-home pack will be given to each guest to create a new self-care ritual for the remaining cool and wet months.This is a home-coming, a place to coil in, cozy up and fall into yourself.
