Two youths outta Bruges, two long-time friends who eventually teamed up to run the sound. Now trying to spread uplifting & educational music for you & i. Both sharing a passion for music in many diffrent styles from early, Roots and 80s Roots steppers to uplfiting heavyweight and a great passion for old school gear.
Based in Toulouse, Happiness Foundation Sound System is a collective of passionate dub music enthusiasts dedicated to delivering deep and conscious sound experiences.
Powered by rare vintage audio equipment, known for its warmth and authentic sound, they bring heavyweight bass and growl to every session.
Over the past 15 years, they have built a collection of original press vinyl, exclusive dubplates, and personal productions, allowing them to curate a unique and carefully crafted musical selection.
Rooted in the spirit of 1970s roots reggae and 1980s digital styles, their sessions reflect deep musical knowledge and a strong connection to sound system culture—staying true to the foundation while pushing the sound forward.
