- **Event Description**: We are excited to announce that Community Food Pantry and First Presbyterian Church, Brownsville, TX are accepting donations as part of the Souper Bowl of Caring event and Mission Presbytery Souper bowl Smackdown where we compete with Presbyterian churches in the South and Central Texas region to collect the most food donations for local food scarcity needs.  

The winning church receives this awesome smackdown belt which we really, REALLY, want to keep in Brownsville from our 2024 win! Thank you, Brownsville!  All donations will go towards the pantry reserves which help supplement our distributions for up top 150 families in Downtown Brownsville.
