Led by Jolisa Clare Holistic founder Jolisa Clare Caldwell, this gentle beginner class teaches foundational breathing techniques, somatic awareness, and meditation practices designed to help participants slow down, reconnect with the body, and cultivate inner calm. 

Jolisa specializes in spirit-led trauma recovery support, nervous system balance, forgiveness work, and whole-person healing through her signature Cross Reference Healing™ approach. With a compassionate and grounding presence, she helps individuals better understand stress, emotional overwhelm, and the body’s need for safety while offering practical tools for greater peace, balance, and connection in everyday life. 

This one-hour experience is designed to leave participants feeling calmer, more centered, and more connected in body, mind, and spirit.
