This session, inspired by natures shedding of the leaves, will offer you a beautiful chance to create a sense of physical and mental spaciousness, to let go of some of the unnecessary baggage you’ve been carrying and conserve your energy within, ready for the winter months. It will support you to deeply rest the body, mind and heart, inviting you to slow down and simply be with how you are in the moment.

This offering will sooth your senses as you receive the healing sounds of a variety of sacred instruments including Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowl, Gong, Drum, Rainstick, Koshi Chimes and Sansula followed by a beautifully restorative Yoga Nidra - a spoken guided rest meditation that will ease away all the remaining stress. 

Suitable for all. No experience necessary. Lie down, get comfy and listen as I guide you to a place of deep rest.

Exchange - £22 including tasty festive nibbles at the end.

What you will need:
- Yoga mat
- Plenty of blankets or sleeping bag!
- Pillows
- Eye mask/ scarf
- wear lots of layers/ bring a hat if you get cold!
- Water/ Thermos flask
- Hot water bottle
- Journal/ pens
