- **Event Description**: Join me in this deeply restorative gathering which will support you to fully rest the body, mind and heart, inviting you to slow down and simply be with how you are in the moment. 

We will use the beautiful practice of deep rest to soften the fiery, active energy of the summer, helping you to feel grounded, as well as offering you a moment to pause and fuel your system during what can be a busy, intense period of the year.  Embracing stillness and sound, this session will support you to cool and calm the nervous system, release any tension from the body and mind and help to balance your energy.

This offering will sooth your senses as you receive the healing sounds of a variety of sacred instruments including Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowl, Gong, Drum, Rainstick, Koshi Chimes and Sansula followed by a beautifully restorative Yoga Nidra - a spoken guided rest meditation that will ease away all the remaining stress. 

Suitable for all. No experience necessary.

Exchange - £22 including tasty festive nibbles at the end.

What you will need:
- Yoga mat
- Plenty of blankets or sleeping bag!
- Pillows
- Eye mask/ scarf
- wear lots of layers/ bring a hat if you get cold!
- Water/ Thermos flask
- Hot water bottle
- Journal/ pens
