From Patterns to Presence: A Small-Group Yoga Therapy Immersion
8 Week Immersion | Begins 16th April 2026
From Patterns to Presence is a gentle, depth-oriented Group Yoga Therapy Immersion that supports a deepening of self-awareness, emotional healing, and embodied presence.
Held within a small, supportive group, this experience invites you to slow down, listen inwardly, and explore the subtle patterns that shape how you move through your life — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Rooted in the energy of spring, a season of emergence and renewal, this immersion supports you towards befriending the body, compassionately facing patterns and habits, while building self-trust and deep inner knowing.
Each session follows a consistent, nourishing rhythm, including:
• Guided somatic and embodied practices to deepen body awareness
• Intuitive, choice-led movement and meditation
• Gentle exploration of themes relating to emotional healing, habitual patterns, self-trust and embodiment
• Reflection, journaling, and optional group sharing
• Careful integration and grounding at the close of each session
Support & structure
• 8 sessions total (6 online - Thursday evenings, 2 in-person - Saturday afternoons @TheNest - Hinckley)
• Small group (maximum 8 participants)
• Handouts, reflective prompts, and simple home practices
• Private WhatsApp group and optional buddy support
• Optional 1:1 follow-up session after the immersion (additional cost)
