Join Tomiwa, artisan baker and founder of a Leicestershire micro-bakery, for a relaxed, hands-on sourdough workshop designed to take you beyond trial and error and into confident, bakery-quality baking.

Over 4 immersive hours, you’ll work with real dough, learn how to read fermentation properly, and discover professional techniques adapted specifically for the home kitchen.

This isn't a "watch and learn" demo. You’ll be at the bench, getting your hands floury and learning the tactile skills that make a perfect loaf.
