It is a homecoming to your true nature- your radiant self. Yoga Nidra means "yogic sleep" and it is a deep meditative state (not a movement practice) to restore and nourish you from the inside out.

Reiki is a powerful, yet gentle energy healing technique that works on all levels (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual) to cleanse, restore, nurture, balance and heal.
