Join us this Fall for an immersive, in-person Yoga Teacher Training.
Held at Rocky Mountain Sports Club (RMSC), in beautiful Broomfield, CO.  We are honored to host our training at Rocky Mountain Sports Club, a space that beautifully aligns with our values of mindful movement, balanced strength, and sustainable well-being. Their holistic approach to fitness creates the perfect environment for deep learning, connection, and growth.

This three-weekend experience offers the perfect balance of structure, inspiration, and community connection. Whether you feel called to teach or simply want to explore yoga on a more meaningful level, this training is an invitation to step fully into your growth.
 
This training is led by Lisa Reeder and Kris Schooler, whose combined experience, mentorship, and heart-centered leadership create a learning environment that is both grounded and transformational. Together, they guide with depth, clarity, and a genuine passion for helping students step into their fullest expression.
 
Training Dates:
September 18–20
September 25–27
October 2–4
 
Schedule:
Fridays: 5:00–9:00pm
Saturdays: 8:00am–4:00pm
Sundays: 8:00am–1:00pm
 
Across three intentional weekends, we’ll dive into:
*Intelligent sequencing and class design
*Alignment and functional anatomy
*The art of cueing and confident communication
*Yoga philosophy woven into modern life
*Practice teaching with supportive feedback
*Cultivating authenticity and leadership
