Reset Wednesdays

Join Coach Michael, National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Somatic Practitioner for a mid-week time of reset, refocus, and revitalization. This weekly reset will give you an opportunity to reset your somatic systems for midweek relaxation; refocus your energy for performance and manage stress to conquer the rest of the week; and retune any negative thoughts and emotions that are preventing you from feeling and doing your best work.

This mind-body workout features a mix of low intensity movements, breath exercises, stress management and resiliency training techniques, performance coaching, and mindfulness practices to reset all of your body systems to allow you to engage the rest of the week with your best self.
